Bachelor Nation watched Mel Owens search for love on Season 2 of The Golden Bachelor. Fans witnessed him offer Peg Munson his last rose and a ring as a sign of his dedication at the season finale. Since then, the two have been having fun as a pair and updating their online followers on their trips.
The Golden Bachelor couple has talked about getting married someday. “Have we talked about marriage? Yeah, we have! Because guess what? We’ve dated now and we really have that special connection,” she shared, “So that connection is there; we just didn’t want to rush it. Just because someone is telling us to get engaged or somebody is telling us to do it the way it’s supposed to be done, we had to be authentic and true to ourselves.”

Peg Munson Reveals Details of Their Dream Wedding
Peg also described their ideal wedding last December on the ‘She’s All Bach’ podcast, including whether or not they would like it to be televised. “We’ve been talking about that — if and when that comes, you know, what does that look like to us?… We’re open to [televising] it,” she admitted, “But you know what? It’s going to be small. We’re not big — we’re not the big show people. If we do, we’ve been talking about maybe the beach, just having a really nice [day] with friends and family.”
Peg and Mel go to the Graceland Wedding Chapel in Vegas
Peg and Mel love to keep their fans in the loop on social media. From updating Peg’s beautiful Las Vegas home to Mel playing with her adorable Frenchie, Boo Boo, they share everything with Golden Bachelor fans. The couple shared a sweet trip down Fremont Street in Vegas. She captioned the post: “Having fun in vintage Vegas Fremont Street.” Her hashtags were all about love, Vegas love, love you, and Vegas baby.
One post in particular really got fans thinking these two lovebirds tied the knot or are getting close. They asked fans if they should have an Elvis wedding. They toured the Graceland Wedding Chapel with Peg even hinting around saying “What are you doing tonight, honey’? Mel said nervously, “We’re just touring.” Peg laughed as Mel stuttered a bit, saying you’re showing me the sights.” as Peg continued to laugh. It was very telling who was ready and who was not. But it is very clear they both love each other, but there definitely was not a Peg and Mel wedding at the Graceland Wedding Chapel.
