President Trump’s Ape meme of Barack and Michelle Obama triggered a response from Barack and Michelle Obama’s Foundation, which seemingly fired back at Trump with a social media post.
The post comes right after President Trump posted a screenshot of transposed animal faces from Disney’s The Lion King on his social media platform, showing the Obamas as apes. This got a lot of negative attention and criticism on social media.

President Trump’s response was that the video was about voter fraud. He will not fire the staffer who posted it. “I didn’t see the whole thing,” Trump said. “I looked at the first part, and it was really about voter fraud in the machines, how crooked it is, how disgusting it is. Then I gave it to the people. Generally, they look at the whole thing. But I guess somebody didn’t.”

“NO…no, [I won’t apologize]. I didn’t make a mistake! It was a takeoff of Lion King.”

President Trump’s Lion King Animation Also Included Whoopi Goldberg
Trump took down the post after the outrage it sparked, even from other Republicans. The whole video was shared instead of the screenshot of only the Obamas. The animated video also included actress and talk show host Whoopi Goldberg from ABC’s The View as a hippo.

Barack & Michelle Obama Foundation Breaks Silence
Barack and Michelle haven’t said anything to the President, and they don’t often respond to his attacks, but the video the foundation posted says a lot. They captioned this post, “Love is beautiful. ♥️” and shared a beautiful collage of pictures and video clips.

The love poured in for Barack and Michelle after they posted the sweet video of the history of their love.
“The sitting President and his wife both know that they will never, ever be able to compete with the class & elegance of the Obama’s. ?
“I miss witnessing your love for each other and our country! ♥️♥️”
“This is it! ?. Class, Grace, Dignity, Black Excellence and much more. We love you forever ? ? ?”
In The End, Trump Is Depicted As The Lion, ‘King Of The Jungle’
The nightmare of President Trump as the Lion King escalated just before the Super Bowl, with even more controversy exploding. President Donald Trump, who missed the Super Bowl to go to a watch party in Florida, called Bad Bunny’s halftime show “a slap in the face” and said “nobody understands a word” the Puerto Rican rapper was saying.
In a post on his Truth Social, he said: “The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER! It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence,” he added “This ‘Show’ is just a ‘slap in the face’ to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day.”
