Given recent public scandals involving the 19 Kids and Counting family, a Duggar family member and her daughter gave an interview in which they stated that Jim Bob Duggar and other family members should be investigated. Duggar Family Members Speak Out
Counting On Duggar cousin is known for her strained relationship with the Duggar family. She’s only close with a few family members, one being Jill Duggar, specifically those who have stepped away from their ultra-conservative beliefs. She seems to have made it her mission to take down and reveal her opinion on her Uncle Jim Bob’s family. Her mother, Deanna, has been right there with her, exposing their side of the dysfunctional Duggar family.
Jim Bob’s sister said “In my opinion, I do believe that Jim Bob and his wife Michelle should be investigated just because of everything that has happened,” Deanna, 64, said on the Wednesday, July 15, episode of “The Sarah Fraser Show” podcast. “Everybody should be checked out in that family.” She suggested Jill Duggar could be an exception, as Jill has previously spoken about distancing herself from her extended family. “I know Jill has done the work and the therapy,” Deanna explained, “but I think a lot of them should be.”
Some fans don’t believe her because she was fine being on television when the show was airing.
Amy Duggar spoke about the family dysfunction. “It stems from somewhere,” Amy Duggar told podcast host Sarah Fraser, agreeing with Deanna’s call for an investigation.

Some Counting On fans on social media are calling out Amy following her recent IG Stories post. It features a photo of flowers with what appears to be a septic pipe. According to the OP, it clearly shows how “fake” Amy is trying to be in her farm life, just like how she claims to be a child advocate and “talented” singer. Others agree and criticize Amy for painting over wallpaper in the farmhouse instead of ripping it off for proper paint placement. Another commenter later suggested that Amy’s photo could be a base of a bird bath. Regardless, many are still upset about how Amy contradicts herself in some of her posts.
