Sarah Palin, who used to be the governor of Alaska, is by her boyfriend Ron Duguay’s side through a devastating stage 4 cancer battle. Most people know Sarah was married for 30 years to Todd Palin. Palin said that she found out her husband filed for divorce through an email from his lawyer. They have five kids together. Sarah picked up the pieces and found true love again with retired New York Rangers player Ron Duguay.
Sarah Palin Stays By Boyfriend’s Side During Cancer Battle
The 62-year-old politician was in an emotional Instagram video that Shay, the daughter of the former New York Rangers player, shared earlier this week. The video was about the politician’s battle with cancer. The family also set up a GoFundMe page to help him “fight cancer.” As of Wednesday, February 25, it had raised more than $65,000.
In the Instagram video, Palin is seen feeding Duguay, who is 68 years old, with a spoon while he is in bed in the hospital.
He shared in his Instagram stories: “Other than my girls, I have Nurse Sarah Palin”
His daughter wrote: “He is doing everything he possibly can …From Living Antioxidant Water, blood ozone therapy, IV vitamin drips, ivermectin, methylene blue, and countless holistic approaches, while also continuing City of Hope’s chemo protocol and undergoing major surgery on both his liver and colon. He is all in. Every single day. And through it all, his faith has never wavered.”

Sarah Palin’s Relationship With Ron Duguay
Palin told the Post that she and Duguay got together after she called her old friend (Duguay) for advice on her defamation case against The New York Times. (She sued the paper for libel over an old editorial that wrongly connected her political group’s statements to a mass shooting.)
The former Republican vice presidential candidate has been dating 64-year-old Duguay since 2022. Duguay was once married to supermodel Kim Alexis.
Duguay told Page Six “I am going to do all the alternative along with the Western medicine,” “What I am learning, I will be able to share with others.”
He said, “I need to get better so I can help others.”
Prayers are pouring in for Duguay and his family. His GoFundMe has reached almost $97k.
