Recently, The View hosts have made bigger headlines than normal, with Whoopi Goldberg, 70, leading the way. Jeffrey Epstein recently linked Whoopi to him and named her in the Epstein files. She went on the record denying she was his girlfriend and had no involvement with him. Now, another The View host has been linked to Epstein. The loudest of the panel, Joy Behar, is now explaining why her name was in the Jeffrey Epstein files.
Joy Behar Explains Her Ties to Epstein
“That list has a lot of crazy names on it. It’s almost a way to muddy the waters,” she said. Then added: “So you say Whoopi Goldberg is on the list and so am I, I think. We’re on the list because we were at a party or a wedding or something that somebody might’ve been at. That’s what I found out.”
Behar believes not everyone in the Epstein files is guilty of wrongdoing or breaking the law.
Sunny Hostin, a cohost and former federal prosecutor, concurred with Behar that it’s not necessary to scrutinize every individual listed in the Epstein files.
“There are plenty of people named in the list that may have not done anything wrong,” she said. “But I think there are a lot of people on that list that are guilty of wrongdoing.”
Whoopi Goldberg Read Her Mention In The Epstein Emails
Goldberg read an email that had her name in it during the Hot Topics part of the show. She went on to read: “What does it say? ‘Whoopi needs a plane to get to Monaco. John Lennon’s charity is paying for it.’ It should say Julian’s charity. ‘They don’t want to charter, so they are looking for private owners. Here’s the info, and they give all the information,” Goldberg revealed on the February 17th show. “I wasn’t his girlfriend. I wasn’t his friend. I’m speaking about me because I’m getting dragged. People actually believe that I was with him. Honey, come on. Every man I’ve been with, you’ve known about him because either the Enquirer wrote about it. People wrote about this stuff.”
Whoopi continued, her name was on the list for a plane she never even used.
“They go to all the people who have private planes and say, ‘Do you have one?’ I didn’t get on the plane. I didn’t know they were looking for a plane,” she said. “I had no idea that the plane that I was supposed to be on was no longer available. So, I’m named in there like, ‘Whoopi Goldberg needs a plane.’”
The View Ladies Were Triggered This Past Week With Guest Host
The View guest host was Savannah Chrisley; her parents, Todd & Julie Chrisley, were recently pardoned by the president for tax fraud. They both were facing a hard time in prison. They walked free from prison after the president pardoned them. Whoopi & Sunny pounced several times this week because they have all made it known they despise President Trump. Chrisley defended him vigorously.
Whoopi felt the need to explain, “When you share racist posts about the Obamas. When you pursue the death penalty for the exonerated five, after you knew they had been exonerated. These are the reasons that his behavior is so hard.” It’s important to note that Whoopi Goldberg was also in the “Obama” video clip that President Trump’s staffer shared on Truth Social.
Sunny Hostin came right out and said Trump was “racist” saying: “Let’s call a thing a thing. Donald Trump is a racist. There’s no question in my mind,” Hostin said. “The most recent thing that he did by posting on Truth Social the Obamas depicted as apes in The Lion King, when there are no apes in ‘The Lion King’, that was a racist act. He tried to blame a staffer.” Trump responded on X.
