A new season of Love Island USA has arrived in the villa, so clear your summer schedule.
The Peacock reality series has gained popularity in recent years; according to Variety, season 7 is the most watched original TV season of 2025.
Love Island USA’s eighth season will keep things tense as a group of fresh, attractive contestants show up in search of love. Ariana Madix is making a comeback as host.
Eleven contestants will join the villa at the beginning of Love Island USA‘s eighth season. One competitor, Vasana Montgomery, was removed from the cast prior to the premiere after social media posts purportedly showed her using the N-word.

Love Island Season 8 Premiere Date
On June 2, Love Island USA season 8 will premiere.
Since season 6, Madix has been the host of Love Island USA. “The show is — yes, it’s fun and it’s sexy and it’s bright colors and it’s flashy, but by the end of the summer, I’ve fallen in love with like, 10 to 15 to 20 people, and getting to watch them have this best summer of their lives and open themselves up to me, the world, all of us, is really a gift – I’m so grateful I have the best job in the world.” She told Deadline in 2026.
Love Island will release new episodes every day for the first week of season 8, which begins on June 2.
The show will move to five nights a week after premiere week. Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays are when the episodes will air. Aftersun will air on Saturdays, and there won’t be any episodes on Wednesdays.

TV Guide states that there were 37 episodes in Season 7, including the reunion. The episodes of the new Love Island USA will debut at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT on certain nights.
