General Hospital fans heard Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) say they can’t wait for Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) to finish Cesar Faison’s project. They need to wrap it up, and he thinks it’s time to look for a replacement. Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) believes that they need Britt’s brain power to finish up what she started. However, Cullum disagrees and may take matters into his own hands. The question is, who can they get to finish the cold fusion project that would know anything about what they are doing?
General Hospital: Cullum’s Perfect Replacement
Cullum could probably blackmail any scientist in the world to step in and finish the project. However, there is a really good chance he will have one particular person in mind. Of course, his choice will not come easy. Most likely, there will be a huge argument and refusal, but Sidwell and Cullum can be very convincing when they need to.
So who is this mysterious person who would be able to pick up where Britt left off? That would be none other than Britt’s mother, Dr. Liesel Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). She would be the perfect candidate to take over. She’s familiar with Faison’s stuff and should be able to interpret and complete what Britt started.

However, getting her to do it is another story. She is feisty and will fight all the way. But Cullum and Sidwell get what they want. Perhaps they tell her they will kill “Nathan” if she doesn’t cooperate. Obrecht doesn’t know that he’s really Cassius and that he’s working with Sidwell and Cullum. So, she would believe this could be a real danger to her beloved son.
Cullum could also threaten Rocco Falconeri’s (Finn Carr) life along with her daughter, Britt.

Who Else Could They Recruit?
If Cullum and Sidwell do not choose Obrecht for the project, a replacement would have to be someone else that fans do not know. Perhaps it could be the new character, Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer). He’s probably not making his debut to support Cullum and Sidwell, but it’s always a possibility.
It could also be some scientist from another country who will just be a shadow in the background, so to speak. If they do happen to find Britt, they will force her to finish what she started. However, she may soon discover that the injections they have been giving her are not really any kind of medication, and she’s truly free from having Huntington’s.
Spoilers say there are a lot of shockers coming over the next few weeks.
