‘90 Day Fiance‘: Veronica Rodriguez Gets Updates On Domestic Violence Case
Starcasm just released new updates regarding Veronica and Seth’s domestic violence case. According to the news outlet, the 90 Day Fiance star and her fiancé have been dismissed from their charges.
Court docs said that Veronica assaulted Seth. Records also reveal that Seth allegedly held Veronica’s hands and scratched her. However, both parties never showed up to testify, resulting in the case being dropped. It was also revealed that both witnesses asserted their Fifth Amendment rights to refuse to testify.
Both cases are described as voluntary dismissals, meaning that the prosecutor decided to drop the case on their own, even without the court’s approval. The case cannot be reinstated, and new charges had to be filed separately. Veronica has yet to address her and Seth’s DV charges.
Veronica & Seth’s Arrest Detail Revealed
The full details of Veronica and Seth’s arrest were also shared by the jail records. According to the documents, the 90 Day Fiance star was arrested on December 15 at 3 AM in Union County, North Carolina. Seth was later charged with the same case at the same address, 40 minutes later.
Court documents reveal that Veronica “unlawfully and willfully” used physical force against Seth, who then “held/grabbed” Veronica, resulting in scratches.

Veronica and Seth have yet to address their DV cases. But this wasn’t the first time Veronica got in trouble with the law. In 2006, the TLC star was arrested in Florida. Some of them include three counts of battery charges, in which Veronica allegedly hit a police officer and a responding paramedic.
