General Hospital spoilers update for Monday, July 27, reveals that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) will be saved in a heroic moment when he needs it most. Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) will also have a meltdown over her actions, while Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) comes to an agreement with Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
Ava Jerome (Maura West) will push for an honest exchange with Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean), and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) is hoping for a major career boost with a successful Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) case.
At GH, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will admit she feared she might never see Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) again. Jason will suggest they go somewhere to talk, but Britt will surprise him by slapping him in the face. Since Britt is already on thin ice for being late to work, taking a break now could cost her the job she just got back. Her solution might be to hit Jason and make him a patient, leading to a private conversation in an exam room.
Brennan Makes a Deal With Valentin
In Brennan’s office, he’ll ask Valentin what he wants in exchange for the black box. Valentin wants his assets unfrozen, and he might have more requests. No matter what, Brennan will make the deal and regain the black box, which contains the Drew information Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) has been waiting for.
At the Quartermaine house, Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is persuaded by Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to go for a swim. As Gio nears the boathouse, he’ll hear Nina having a meltdown. Nina has just rolled Drew into the water and will panic over her actions. When Gio arrives and dives in for a rescue, Nina will claim it was an accident. Brennan will save Nina from Drew, exposing what she has done.
Willow Is Up a Creek Again
While Gio rescues Drew, Willow will urge Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) to deceive everyone at the PCPD. In her office, she’ll ask Chase to say he couldn’t find her for questioning on the Sidwell case. Regardless of Chase’s answer, Willow will be desperate to get the kids and catch the plane Brennan promised to arrange.
Eventually, Willow will hear about Drew’s fall into the lake, adding another crisis to her plate. Nina will ultimately look to Brennan for help, and since he’ll have an agreement with Valentin, he’ll be able to assist. General Hospital spoilers say Brennan will provide the Drew leverage as promised, but whether it’s enough to keep Drew quiet after his ordeal remains to be seen.
