General Hospital fans have been watching Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) desperately wanting to get away from Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and Russ Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). She finally had her chance until Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) took the fall for Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) and was whisked away by the WSB. Her plans to run away exploded, and now she’s being forced to continue her work on Faison’s final project to protect herself and to protect Rocco. However, she might soon make a shocking discovery that will change everything.
General Hospital: Britt’s On The Verge Of Big News
General Hospital fans know that Britt has to stay on her best behavior after Sidwell and Cullum found out she tried to abandon her obligations to them. Her brother, Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey), helped them both see that they needed Britt’s expertise to finish the project.
It’s vital she gets the medication Cullum is holding over her head to keep her Huntington’s symptoms at bay. Everyone saw Cullum smash a vial of the meds on the pier, and it seems she has not had a dose in quite some time now. She told Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) that she should just disappear like she originally planned and let the disease kill her away from everyone she loves.
However, a shocking discovery could change everything.
Secrets About To Explode
There could be some huge secrets that are about to explode. Chances are it won’t take until the project is completed, but if it did, Sidwell and Cullum could confirm to Britt that they have just been giving her a placebo all this time. They knew she is strong willed and would need a lot of convincing to help them do the project.
Saying she would die without them and their meds would certainly make her think about complying with their requests.
The other possible option is that Lucas could point out to her that she hasn’t had any symptoms of Huntington’s, even though she hasn’t had the medication in quite a while now. He could persuade her to go through testing again to see if she genuinely has the deadly disease.
If she agrees, the tests may prove that she is free of Huntington’s and never had it to begin with. This would give her the upper hand again. Would she use the opportunity to destroy the project along with Sidwell and Cullum’s future?
Writers have not confirmed any of this, but it seems more and more likely that Britt is healthy and has been being played. What do you think will happen next?
