Even though they had some arguments, everything is clearly going well between June and Justin. However, many fans were left concerned after seeing Justin in an unstable condition. ‘Mama June‘: Season 8 was packed with lots of change
Mama June Season 8 featured a lot of extra drama with June livid over Jessica, Shyann, Trina, and Josh most of the time. Josh revealed his new baby to Alana, making the family’s situation even more complicated. In the April 24th episode, Justin and June got into a “heated showdown.” The finale was explosive, and Justin was shocked by what happened with Josh, Shyann, and Jessica’s threesome. The season also featured June receiving concerning health updates. But it seems things are getting much worse behind the cameras for Justin.
On June’s livestream after the finale aired, Justin is heard in the background, livid over Josh’s girlfriend, Breanna, showing up to their house after June triggered her by bringing up her deceased ‘angel baby’ son.
Josh Efird’s girlfriend said Josh would only come back to the show for 1 million dollars. Josh is not coming back next season.
Justin Health Crisis – Next Season Storyline?
Some Mama June fans on social media discussed Justin’s appearance in June’s latest IG clip. The footage shows Justin showing a bowl of flour as he tries to make a cake. But what caught many people’s attention was Justin’s constant twitching. Justin’s health issue has not yet been disclosed. Some speculate that it could be something serious. Involuntary twitching has many origins. Some of them are due to stress or anxiety. Other common causes are fatigue, too much caffeine, or dehydration. Some believe drugs or the aftermath of long-term use have affected his neurological system, or maybe gabapentin, as Justin was behaving normally in the video. Many commenters also feel sorry for what Justin is going through.

So I really hope it’s a side effect of medication or possibly past drug use has impacted his motor abilities. Praying for Anna’s kids and Josh & pumpkins crew that they are healthy and sober but it’s not looking good
- I think he’s just very stressed out by the drama, and he’s acting weird because of that. If he were on drugs again, that would be too much for June and she would be on them too. Try being around someone in recovery–they literally don’t know how to control their emotions because they’ve been numbing them. Some never learn. Especially when living in the middle of a toxic family.
