90 Day Fiance Thais Ramone Mendes was arrested on allegations of misdemeanor domestic assault. Thais was taken into custody yesterday, May 22, 26. Her next court date is July 29, 26, and she was released on a $3K bond.

This follows the announcement that Patrick is divorcing her; he filed for sole custody of their 3-year-old daughter Aleesi. No specific reason for the split is mentioned; the documents only state that the couple is “incompatible.”

Patrick Mendes is reportedly asking for exclusive legal custody of his child in an attempt to dissolve his four-year marriage to Thais Ramone. According to the divorce papers Patrick filed this week, he seeks primary physical custody of Aleesi, their 3-year-old daughter, as well as exclusive legal custody. According to the documents, Patrick is not requesting child or spousal support because he claims to make $10,000 a month, which is double the $5,000 that Thais make each month.

Marital Drama on the Heels of The Last Resort Premiere?

A lot of rumors are going around that believe this marital drama is all for the forthcoming premiere of The Last Resort, a spin-off of 90 Days. In the TLC reality program spinoff, couples from the 90 Day Fiancé universe try to mend their broken relationships. To address issues like adultery, trust, and intimacy, and determine whether they wish to renew their vows or part ways permanently, the couples travel to an immersion resort for intensive group therapy and one-on-one sessions.

Filming for Season 3 took place over three weeks in October and November of 2025. The couples stayed and filmed at England’s famous Thornbury Castle, marking the first time in the franchise’s history that production was done abroad in the United Kingdom. It’s noteworthy because five days ago, Thais posted pictures of herself having a good time at an EDC event in Vegas without acting like a married woman. When your husband is requesting exclusive custody of your 3-year-old daughter, why would a lady who is purportedly having marital issues post about her excessive partying on social media?
