The Kody Brown family has 20 seasons of Sister Wives under their belt. In 1990, Meri became Kody’s first wife. He spiritually married Janelle in 1993 and then Christine Brown in 1994. Robyn Brown, the fourth wife, joined the family in 2010 through her own spiritual ceremony and then later got Kody to divorce his legal wife, Meri.

Sister Wives Season 20 Tell-All is bringing the drama
Season 20’s tell-all has revealed that all of Meri & Janelle’s money from the sale of their Vegas homes went directly to Robyn Brown’s 1st Flagstaff mansion. Never being paid back. Kody then turns around and sells the mansion for a $450,000 profit. While neither wife got a penny. The Coyote Pass land has always been a subject of contention for the Brown family.
When Christine gave up her 1/4 of the property, Kody & Robyn claimed it as theirs, taking the Coyote Pass property and claiming to split it in quarters, when in reality, Kody and Robyn walk away with half of that property, making a huge profit.
It was revealed that Kody & Janelle tried to pull a back-door deal against Meri. But that does depend on who you believe. Kody said it was Janelle’s idea, and Janelle said it was Kody’s idea to sell the property out from under Meri, forcing the sale since Meri was allegedly holding out on an NDA that was presented to her by Robyn Brown. Ultimately, it seems Janelle and Kody were inseparable and more intimate than anyone could have imagined.

Janelle Brown has always presented herself as the smart, business-minded, logical wife; he just sat back as chaos in the Brown home imploded. It is very clear that Janelle knows how to step back and give Kody his space, which makes him want & appreciate her more. Kody has said several times that Janelle knew what was going on with the Brown family’s funds because she handled all the books.
