Last year, a rumor began circulating online that her mother had passed away. Arnold cleared up the rumor and revealed her mom was fine. Now, her mother is truly having a medical emergency. She revealed Thursday morning that her mom was rushed to the ICU (intensive care unit). What happened that led up to this?
Little Couple Star Jen Arnold Reveals Mother’s Surgery
Little Couple star Jen Arnold went to social media to share news about her mother. On Wednesday, Dr. Arnold went to Instagram to share a selfie of herself and her mom, Judy. She wrote across the photo that it was surgery day. Both were smiling. Jen went on to say, “Surgery day for my mom today. The last six months have definitely been a bit of a medical marathon, but if there’s one thing I know about her, it’s that she is incredibly strong and resilient.”
Arnold finished her post by letting her mom know she’s got this. She also asked fans to send any extra good vibes their way. Fans instantly commented, sending prayers and well-wishes for Judy. Jen did not clarify what the surgery was for. However, fans speculate it’s for heart issues.
Later in the day, Jen shared another update, noting that the surgery went well and she and her dad could breathe a sigh of relief. She said her mom still has a long road to recovery, but they are thankful the surgery went well. She concluded by thanking fans for their love and support.
Jen’s Mom Rushed To ICU
On Thursday morning, Arnold shared another update about her mom that was not as positive as before. Jen Arnold shared that things took an unfortunate turn overnight. She said, “Last night brought an unfortunate turn after my mom’s surgery, and she needed to be transferred to the ICU. As many of you know, she is incredibly tough — and this morning we are hopeful she’s turning the corner quickly. We’re praying this is just a short setback on the road to recovery.”
Arnold went on to thank all their fans for their continued support and prayers. She even noted that many remember Judy from appearing on The Little Couple and could see how strong she is.
