Little People Big World star Matt Roloff is taking big steps to fix his broken relationship with his kids. While he and Caryn Chandler were still engaged, things were very strained between him and his son Zach Roloff. In fact, after leaving the show and moving, Zach and his family did not really spend much time with Matt at all at the farm. Most believe that since Matt and Caryn are no longer together, it has helped heal the hurt between the father and son. Things seem to just keep getting better for Matt over the past few months. What is Roloff doing now to fix his broken relationship with his kids?
LPBW Star Matt Roloff Is Healing Broken Relationships
Of course, it’s not known what has been said and done behind closed doors, but it seems Little People Big World patriarch Matt Roloff is taking big strides in fixing his relationship with his children. Things seemed to take a big turn in the right direction after Matt and Caryn split up last year. It’s no secret that his children were not thrilled with his relationship with her.
Now that she is gone, Matt and his family appear to be growing closer. This became evident over the Christmas holiday when everyone got together at Roloff Farms to celebrate. Even Amy Roloff and her husband, Chris Marek, were there to celebrate as one big family. What was truly shocking was Zach and Tori being a part of the holiday shenanigans after they had previously disclosed they didn’t have much of a relationship with Matt anymore.
Now, Matt’s efforts to be a part of his children’s lives continue. He went to Instagram to share that he is heading off on vacation. However, he pointed out that before he left rainy Oregon, he spent two weeks spending time with each of his grandkids. Matt said, “Got in so many great visits with the grands each and Everyone of them got to play with grandpa over the past 2 weeks. Now my playtime.. ?”
This shows that Matt is doing whatever he can to fix things with his children.
Where Is Matt Jetting Off To?
The Little People Big World star is jetting off for a few days. He shared a photo of himself on Instagram waving to fans from inside a plane. Roloff didn’t specify where he’s heading to but everyone speculates it’s Arizona. He spends a lot of time there with friends.
Matt said, “Every thing under control at the farm for a February so gonna blast away for a quick getaway in the Sunshine. I planned it perfectly. It was beautiful in Oregon the past few weeks allowing us to get lots done around @rolofffarms Then the rain just came in today so i’m on the next flight out of dodge.”
