He recently dropped 1.4 million on ‘Caryn’s dream home’. Matt had gone against what his ex wanted and decided to spend a lot of money on a new custom-built home on the family farm, which she wanted to move away from. Matt Roloff posted an emotional message on Instagram saying they had called off their engagement.

LPBW fans know that Matt Roloff is a businessman, and if he sees potential in something that will make him money, he is going to jump on it.
According to property records, the house was bought in 2018 for $375,000 and went on the market a month ago. A buyer bought it on September 18.
After being dumped, Matt seems to have wanted to sell the house quickly because it sold for $545,000, which was $20,000 less than the original asking price.
The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a closed den that can be used as a third bedroom and a big garage that can hold two and a half cars, which is great for extra storage or a golf cart.
The listing says that the house also has a huge covered patio with a built-in bar, barbecue, and a private lot that is higher up, where you can relax and watch the sunset.

Fans of LPBW were glad to see Matt with his sons during the 2025 Christmas holidays because the last few seasons of the show got pretty heated over the family property. It looks like Matt’s kids have welcomed him back now that Caryn is no longer in his life. Fans have always speculated that Caryn would leave him after the popular TLC series was over.
All of the Roloff men wore matching sweaters, and Jacob’s wife, Isabel, shared and captioned the special moment.
