General Hospital spoilers for the upcoming two weeks reveal that there will be a lot more twists and turns coming for fans. February sweeps may be over, but the drama is just getting started. The first two weeks of March will bring a lot more to the current storylines. One in particular is the blooming romance between Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) and Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening). Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) may see these two together getting a little too comfy with each other. Is everything about to blow up?
General Hospital Spoilers Reveal Nathan and Lulu Get Caught
General Hospital fans are seeing Nathan and Lulu grow closer. Maxie chose Spinelli, but will her feelings change if she finds her bestie involved with her ex-husband? Then there is Lisel Obrecht (Kathleen Gati). Dr. O is not a fan of Lulu and will not like that her son is involved with the woman keeping Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) away from Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud).
Nathan and Lulu may have more obstacles to tackle if they really want to give their relationship a try. If Maxie walks up on them hugging or maybe even kissing, she feels a ping of jealousy. However, when Lulu insists that she has to tell Maxie the truth about her new feelings for Nathan, Maxie may try to reassure her that she’s fine with it. But is she really?
When Lisel discovers their feelings for each other, she might completely flip out. Will Lulu and Nathan continue to fight for love? Time will tell.
Sidwell Continues To Shock Viewers
General Hospital spoilers also reveal that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) will continue to shock viewers. Fans were blown away when it was revealed that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) is working with him to take down Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) is going to Wyndemere, and she will find what she’s looking for. However, she might also find a big curveball. An overheard conversation will get her head spinning. Danger is definitely lurking. Plus, it’s not too far off that Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) will discover Carly is being deceitful and trying to bring him down.
Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is also going to join forces with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) to help Britt. There’s bound to be more excitement coming. Nobody involved with Sidwell is safe.
