Carlin and Evan share three children together, with their third baby being born while Carlin’s sister Erin was fighting for her life after baby number seven was born.
As fans will recall, Erin Bates was suffering from sepsis after having an infection after giving birth. It led her to ICU and a long hospital stay. She still endured months of struggles after being released from the hospital with her new baby. Since then, she has finally recovered and is doing well.
As for Carlin, she continues to share photos and videos of her family’s adventures. Their latest post reveals a big secret they were keeping from their three children.
What Were They Holding Back From Kids?
Carlin Bates and Evan Stewart shared a sweet video on social media that revealed a huge, special surprise for their children. They said Evan’s parents had arrived the night before and the kids had no idea. When the children awoke, Carlin told them she heard someone in the guest room.
The kids went in there to see their grandma and grandpa Stewart lying in bed. They gave big hugs and high fives. Zade went to his mom and asked her why she did this and thank you. He was obviously hyped and shocked to see his grandparents.
