Counting On star Joseph Duggar’s witness list has been revealed. If found guilty of sexual misconduct with a minor, Joseph Duggar faces a life prison sentence. Despite entering a not-guilty plea, he allegedly made two confessions, once to both the father of the victim and a police officer.
The witness list has finally been confirmed, and as we reported earlier, a family friend revealed Amy Paul outed Kendra Caldwell’s family; her assertions that the Caldwells were involved are correct.
Tensions between the Caldwell family and the Duggars have increased as a result of the accusations. The supposed victim was actually exposed by a family acquaintance, who asserts that the Caldwell family approved of their remarks. What took place? Paul shared a picture of Kendra’s mother and younger sister and posted scathing words that she said the Caldwells approved.
Caldwell Friend Goes Full Force With Accusations
Amy Paul went on a social media rant on April 13, 2026.
“Not only were they put in the awful situation of turning their son-in-law into the police because he wasn’t man enough to take accountability himself, but he’s also kicking them out of their house and giving them 30days to get out! The power and the water was turned off with 8 other kids living in the house! While I was there DHS was called on them for abuse…wonder who called?”
Someone questioned the authority Amy Paul had to share these details, and she claims the family approved of her comments.
“I will tell you that not one Duggar is reaching out to the Caldwells. Not one Duggar is helping them move or asking how they can help! The Caldwells share 4grandkids with Jimbob and Michelle. This is not the time to be throwing stones, but it’s the time to rally around and support the victim and their family and Joe Duggar is 100% not the victim. Pray for their daughter, Kendra, to choose her kids and leave the (alleged) pedophile and have a relationship with her family.”

Paul expresses her disgust at the Duggar family in an Instagram post. She criticizes them for failing to contact the Caldwells during this terrible period. In addition to humiliating the Duggar family, Paul revealed the victim’s identity through her word choice. Amy Paul made additional scathing accusations against the Duggar family. She has removed the post from social media.
Duggar Insider Speaks Out About Caldwells Taking Advantage
On April 16th, a source close to the Duggars finally broke their silence to US Weekly “The Caldwells lived in a Duggar home rent free for years — years more than was offered, genuinely taking advantage of their kindness,” the insider said. “After this they moved into their current home Joe and Kendra built to flip. Yet they stayed rent free for two plus years all while Joe and Kendra urged them to move out. It was after being told to move out that all this happened.”
The inside source said that “what Joe is accused of is horrid and should be properly adjudicated,” though it doesn’t make the Caldwells “victims.”
“The Caldwells drew close to the limelight, took advantage of the kindness, and got angry when pressed to do the right thing,” the insider added. “Their daughter isn’t mistreating them suddenly. She’s watched this play out for years.”
As the case moves forward, more details are trickling out, including speculation about who the young girl is. Now, in a new post by one of the Caldwell family’s close friends, the victim has been seemingly outed.
The witnesses are Christina Caldwell, Paul Caldwell, an investigator Darrell “Chase” Norris, and a man named Thomas Lowe.
Fans assumed Kendra would divorce Joseph Duggar and not follow in her sister-in-law Anna’s footsteps after the startling accusations and arrest were made public. It appears that the reverse has occurred. Kendra is standing by her husband despite her family being involved. Joseph and Kendra have been facing an uphill battle together with child endangerment charges as well. Joseph is in Arkansas awaiting his trial in Florida.
