Dr. Now recently took to IG to share a short message about how he feels regarding the events in Iran. According to the My 600-Lb Life star, his heart hurts for every single Iranian suffering today. He hopes that they prevail against the darkness. He wrote, “Holding the people of Iran in my heart. With hope for peace and freedom. به امید آزادی.”
The death toll continues to rise in Iran following the chaotic protests. The escalating tensions resulted in the U.S. President, Donald Trump, calling for new leadership in Iran.
Some of Iran’s officials have been going back and forth against Trump. But in one of President Trump’s recent interviews, he revealed that he’s changing his approach, adding that he wants to negotiate with Iranian leaders without casualties.
