It’s the Tennessee HB 1469, which is a legislative move revolving around the protection of children from the online world. They’re so-called “kidfluencers.” The law aims to remove all content from social media pages featuring children being utilized to generate income. In addition to that, it will protect the children’s privacy. The Tennessee HB 1469 also grants children the power to request the removal of online content that shows them. The law will be effective on July 1, 2026, and some Bringing Up Bates fans are curious about how it will affect the Bates family.
New Law Forcing Several Bates To Move?
