General Hospital (GH) spoilers say that Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) will tell Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) did not have a stroke.
The preview for General Hospital for the week of April 13–17 just came out. In one scene, it looks like Willow will admit that she caused Drew’s “locked-in” syndrome and not a stroke.
The preview also reveals Nina is in Willow and Drew’s living room, looking at Drew, who is in a wheelchair.
In the background, Willow says, “Drew didn’t have a stroke,” and Nina says, “What?”
Willow’s mom looks horrified, so it looks like Willow is going to tell the truth about what happened to Drew. Fans also know Willow is the one who shot Drew.

GH: Willow Details Why She Did This To Drew
Not only did she want revenge for wrecking her life, but her major goal was to get Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver) and Amelia Corinthos (Sequoia and Serenity Mork Macko) back.
Because of Drew’s scandals and tantrums, he made this a lot harder for Willow, so she did something desperate.
Drew was also becoming a problem for his cooperation with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), so Jenz, who saw Willow shooting Drew, decided to work with the congressman’s wife.
Sidwell gave her the medicine to calm down her husband without anybody knowing, and now he has a more willing puppet in Congress to do what he wants.
Willow ended up stabbing Drew in the neck with the same medicine the day she was cleared of shooting him. Since then, he has been “locked in,” unable to walk or talk.
Nina will be Shocked By Willow’s Confession
Willow needs to give Drew the medicine every day to keep him like this, or his symptoms will go away.
Drew understands that Willow shot him and that she is the reason he is stuck in this nightmare. He has to get the injection every day to stay the same.
Willow gives Drew the medicine every day, but what happens when she has to go to Washington or on a business trip? Willow can’t bring Drew with her wherever she goes, especially if she wants to leave town fast.
Willow will need someone in Port Charles to help her with Drew’s daily medicine dose. Who better to trust with this job than her biggest admirer, Mommy Dearest?
Nina will be completely shocked by the confession, but will she have the heart to keep taking the doses? Nina, on the other hand, is not a psychopath like Willow. She feels guilty and sorry for other people, which Willow does not.
Will Nina somehow mess up and not give Drew his dose?
Will this allow Drew to talk and ask for help?
Could Nina give Drew too much medicine by mistake, causing a terrible disaster?
General Hospital spoilers say that the shocking news Willow is about to dump on her mom will turn Nina’s life upside down. Fans should check in to see this exciting meeting and how the narrative develops.
