There’s a lot of drama coming for fans of General Hospital in April. Spoilers reveal that some big developments will take place. Just this week, everyone finally learned Nathan West’s (Ryan Paevey) true identity. Just as suspected, he is not who he claims to be. Instead, it was revealed by villain Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) that he is actually Nathan’s twin brother, Cassius Faison. Now that the truth is out there for fans, they can pick up on little differences between him and the real Nathan. This month, he will be covering some tracks to keep his identity a secret after a slip-up. Plus, Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) returns to Port Charles after six years away. Why exactly is he returning now?

General Hospital April Spoilers Reveal Cassius’ Slip

General Hospital fans are still picking their jaws up off the floor after it was revealed that Cassius Faison is Cesar’s fourth child. Nobody knew that Obrecht had twins. So, the real Nathan West is really dead after being shot by his own father. Now, Cassius returned to play dirty and pretend to be his brother to help further his father’s final plans.

Spoilers say Cassius will have to cover his tracks after a slip to LuLu Spencer (Alexa Havins). He inadvertently blames Jason and Britt for what happened on the pier. Lulu does not like this, and Cassius may have to backtrack quickly to smooth things over with her.

Ryan Paevey recently spoke with Soap Opera Digest about the exciting twist in his story. He said, “In the weeks to come, obviously more stuff is going to be learned about this person, who is kind of Nathan, kind of not. Some of the things you learn are less than savory, shall we say, but he’s not a bad guy in the way that Faison is a bad guy.”

Plus, Sidwell is not happy with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and tells Cassius she must be dealt with. How will Cassius handle his sister?

Ethan Lovett Returns To Port Charles

General Hospital fans know that Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) is the son of Holly Sutton and Luke Spencer. After allegedly being in Australia for the past several years, he’s making a comeback to Port Charles. According to spoilers, his first airdate will be April 17, 2026. It’s currently unknown what his motive is for returning to Port Charles, but writers say they have a few things planned.

Frank Valentini said, “We have a great story planned — with, of course, a few twists along the way.” There is speculation that he might return for Robert Scorpio’s memorial service. Or, he might even strike up a romantic relationship with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi). They have a complicated past already. He could be a distraction from her crush on Jacinda.

Whatever it is writers have planned is sure to bring a few shockers along the way. What do you think his storyline will be?

Along with more details on Cassius’ emergence and Ethan’s return, fans can expect Kristina to get ready for the reopening of Charlie’s Pub. Will Sidwell use this as another chance to get revenge on Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard)? Will disaster strike?
