General Hospital’s Ryan Paevey had some words for his fans on social media. He’s been off the soap for a few weeks now but is still a fan favorite, and they hope to see him back as Cassius Faison.
Paevey took to social media to tell fans a few things. The first thing he did was point out that he took a hit to the face recently. Paevey said he had an accident when a surfboard hit him in the face. “Took a surfboard to the face.” The injuries are not serious and don’t seem terrible.
The last time fans saw Paevey on GH was when Cassius Faison was revealed to have survived being shot by Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). The soap left the door open for him to come back, but who knows at this point if that’s in Paevey’s plans. Fans are hoping for a comeback, and some are even predicting a romance with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy).
Hope For Ryan Paevey Fans
On July 23rd Paevey shared some exciting news with fans on his social media. He offered a hint in the picture he shared.
He said: “New @ryanpaevey 🎬 filming this September!
Can’t tell you anything else…yet
…except there’s one clue hiding in this photo. Did you find it??”
The Christmas tree lights seem to suggest a Christmas movie, but not for Hallmark. Ryan joined the Great American Family team, stating Hallmark did not give him any more work, so he moved to GAF. Ryan does have a Christmas movie that will premiere in December 2026 called ‘Christmas at Moose Lake’
Paevey Also Issued More Warnings to Fans
He wanted to remind everyone that he doesn’t have several social media platforms. He also said he’ll never talk to fans through DM or any other form online.
Ryan Paevey also said he would never ask anyone for money or use his family’s situations, whatever they are, to ask for money. Sadly, people are still getting scammed online. The actor wants everyone to be safe on the internet and reminds people that if someone is pretending to be him reaching out, it’s not him and to get away from them. “I got flooded with another scam victim and felt like I had to go online again and say it is not me and never will be.”
