Bringing Up Bates star Carlin Bates continues to keep fans in touch not just about her own family, but also about her siblings and parents. Most of the time, Carlin would upload vlogs and pictures featuring their outdoor activities. There have been rumors that a Bates wedding will take place soon, especially after Kelly Jo said someone would get married. While there are still no details about who it is, some fans think Carlin may have just leaked the soon-to-be married couple online. Keep reading to see her post.
‘Bringing Up Bates‘: Isaiah Bates’s Alleged Engagement
Isaiah previously made headlines after numerous sources claimed he’s now engaged. A photo of him next to a woman named Sarah surfaced in 2024. Since then, many Bringing Up Bates fans believed that she’s the one Isaiah is courting. Sarah is later identified as a part of their church and a daughter of one of their pastors.

This made her a courtship candidate. Isaiah turned 21 last October, and some people think he’s the next family member to tie the knot with someone, and Carlin’s latest post hints that Isaiah is indeed getting married.

Carlin Leaks Isaiah’s Engagement
Some Bringing Up Bates fans on social media discussed Carlin’s recent IG Stories. It features a “wedding cake” she got, which is a Munchkin from Dunkin’. There is also a sash that says, “bride.” But what caught many’s attention was the bag that had “I+S,” which could stand for Isaiah and Sarah. According to some, it seems Carlin leaked the wedding first before the grand announcement, which is not new in the Bates family. Meanwhile, others hope that Carlin would give something to his brother for trying to make content out of their unannounced engagement.

- “I feel like this is why Carlin got beef with some siblings. Uses a paid content situation to reveal a siblings upcoming wedding and engagement. Its also believed she got the show canceled due to that charades game and filming and posting it.”
- “Whoa, whoa wait a second – you mean to tell me that Isaiah and his girlfriend have not actually announced their engagement yet, but Carlin posted this?? JFC.”
- “Off course it’s Carlin revealing the engagement news to the world and for an ad too.”
- “Giving it away with the initials is kind of rude. They should be able to announce their own engagement. And Carlin has plenty of money so if anyone should get an ad deal or paid for the news, it should be the ones actually getting engaged/married…leaving their initials feels intentional because how do you not see that?!”
