She’s among the few family members who left Tennessee shortly after getting married. At this point, Erin has been sharing her family’s fun activities and visits to Mama Jane’s farm in South Carolina. But her latest Q&A seems to hint that a major change may soon happen in her family, specifically a move to a new state. Keep reading to see why.
‘Bringing Up Bates‘: Erin Bates Shares New Photos Of Mama Jane
One of Erin’s latest updates was about her family’s trip to South Carolina. It’s been quite some time since Bringing Up Bates fans last saw Mama Jane amid her stroke battle. But Erin revealed that her grandmother is doing well. It was revealed that Mama Jane almost didn’t make it earlier this year after she was found lying in the middle of her farm. Fortunately, a family member rescued her before it was too late. Since then, Gild and Kelly Jo’s children have been taking turns watching over their grandmother. Mama Jane just recovered from cancer as well. She finished her radiation treatment last year. According to Kelly Jo, the treatment took a toll on Mama Jane’s physical strength. But it seems Mama Jane will soon have a closer companion, as Erin hints at possibly moving near her.
Erin Hints At Moving To Mama Jane’s Farm?
Some Bringing Up Bates fans on social media react to Erin’s latest Q&A. One of the questions she answered was about which state she would move into if given the chance. She then revealed that it would be her grandmother’s home state, South Carolina. Erin then shared a photo of her kids playing in an inflatable pool at Mama Jane’s farm, creating speculation that Erin might be looking forward to living in a part of her grandmother’s land. Others agree and believe that Chad wouldn’t mind living there. But they may also have to help out with the farm.
- “Uncle Greg has been running that farm for years. Maybe they’d let the Paines live in Mama’s house, but they probably would be expected to work very hard doing farm work.”
- “Weirdly enough that may not be a bad arrangement. Jane’s house is showing a lot of wear and tear. Chad could do repairs and updates in exchange for free lodgings and Erin is really good with plants and gardening. It would be such a shame to sell off the farm and watch it become some soulless subdivision. “
