She eventually lost enough weight to qualify for bariatric surgery, dropping 248 pounds throughout her episode. Things got even better for Zsalynn after she had her excess skin removed, bringing her down to 250 pounds. But the My 600-Lb Life star’s latest appearance shows that she has achieved far more than her last appearance on the show.

In an Instagram post, Zsalynn shared a photo of herself watching an NBA game. The My 600-Lb Life star is a big fan of the sport. She even wore a sparkly San Antonio Spurs shirt to show support for the team. But what caught many people’s attention was how slim Zsalynn has gotten, making it look like she never went through morbid obesity. Many of her posts today also show that she has become more outgoing, driving by herself and having vacations in beautiful resorts.
