Summer is Sizzling On General Hospital
General Hospital spoilers hint at an exciting and dramatic summer ahead on the ABC soap. There are plenty of thrilling storylines to look forward to in the coming months. To start, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will make a major return. Burton will reprise his role as Jason in the milestone 16,000th episode airing July 13.
Jason’s time in captivity will leave a deep mark on him and shape the direction of his life moving forward. Writers say, “Jason returns from abroad a changed man. His imprisonment has had a profound effect on his outlook, and how he intends to conduct the rest of his life. His decision will have big implications for Danny [Asher Antonyzyn], Britt [Kelly Thiebaud], the Quartermaines, Anna, and especially Sonny.” Could this mean the rumors of Jason joining the WSB are true?
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will also return changed by the mental struggles she has faced, and she is expected to come back with some deadly intentions. Who will she target?
Sonny Vows To End Carly’s Relationship
Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) won’t be stuck at Steinmauer as he expected, but that doesn’t mean his path will be smooth. Now he might have Sonny on his back, too.
When Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) learns about Valentin’s romance with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), he’ll team up with Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to put a stop to it. How will Carly react? Will l she get her happy ever after with Valentin, or will Sonny and the WSB ruin her chances at happiness?
Carly wants to be with Valentin, but she also wants to get Joss away from the WSB. It seems WSB leader “Z” will show interest in Josslyn, but Carly won’t let that prevent her from trying to protect her daughter from this dangerous group. Carly will also continue her quest for revenge on Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).
Brennan will work closely with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros), and their bond may develop into a romance. However, Brennan could face serious consequences related to his leverage over Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison).
Drew Cain Faces Another Near-Death Accident
It looks likeDrew Cain may suffer a pool accident. Fortunately, Gio saved him from a dire outcome. Drew may live thanks to Gio, but many will still wish he hadn’t.
Eventually, Drew will fully recover and could create chaos for Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who seems ready to reveal her true feelings about Willow’s guilty client.
Plus, the revelation that “Nathan” is actually Cassius will also hit Lulu hard. Plus, she will discover Valentin has been hiding at Carly’s place.
Britt’s Life Changing News on General Hospital
Thanks to Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) and Lucas Jones’ (Van Hansis) teamwork, Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) will receive life-changing news.
Britt might learn she doesn’t have Huntington’s disease after all, although the chaos surrounding Cullum and Sidwell will still bring challenges.
Then there is Ethan. Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean) and Ava Jerome (Maura West) will save each other from danger as their connection grows. Someone from Ethan’s past will cause trouble, forcing him to go on the run, but Ava will be there when it matters most. Ethan will also confess to Ava that he lied about being Phoebe’s (Luna and Lucia Creighton) father, leading her down an intriguing path.
