General Hospital spoilers for the week of June 22-26 hint that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) will join forces to help Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), while Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) and Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) run into trouble.
The ABC soap has released its weekly preview, teasing an action-packed week in Port Charles. The preview for the week begins with Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) speaking to Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) at home.
Lulu tells her mother that she and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) need to find Rocco before WSB Director Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) does.
Anna Devane’s Shocking New Look
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is also set to make a dramatic return.
During this, a shot shows Rocco looking very serious, followed by Britt entering a Caribbean cabin and reacting in shock.
Viewers are left to wonder if Lulu and Dante will ambush Rocco and Britt, or if Britt will encounter Cullum there.
There’s a sense of urgency as everyone races to reach Rocco, and fans will have to watch to find out who gets there first.
Later in the promo, Carly is seen talking to Lucas in her kitchen and reveals to him that his niece is a WSB agent.
As the scenes continue, Carly says, “We go in,” and Lucas adds, “… and we don’t leave without Josslyn.”
It appears that Carly and Lucas will hatch a plan to break into Wyndemere to rescue Josslyn.

As the preview concludes, the screen goes dark, accompanied by the sound of a knock at the door. Two unidentified French doctors, one male and one female, enter and greet someone.
The camera then reveals Anna in a hospital bed, looking unhappy as she knits, maintaining a stern expression. The promo ends there.
