General Hospital spoilers for the next two weeks, June 22 to July 3, tease that Port Charles will be full of drama as major storylines heat up with catastrophic consequences.
For the week of June 22-26, Willow Cain (Katelyn MacMullen) finds herself ambushed at home. Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) may arrive to insist they have unfinished business. Things get even worse for Willow after Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) team up to frame her. This lands Willow in serious trouble, and she may turn to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) for help.
Laura Collins (Genie Francis) learns a secret while Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) puts pressure on Ava Jerome (Maura West). Ava might get caught in Sonny’s trap for Sidwell, depending on how events unfold.
Anna Has Important Appointment With Her Doctor
Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) has an important meeting with her doctor in France and later makes a risky decision. Her airdate is June 24th.
Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) get a lead on Rocco Falconeri (Finn Carr) after “Nathan West” aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) tells them where he’s staying with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). But going after Rocco could alert Ross Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) to their location. This risky situation takes a dangerous turn for Britt, and as things go south, Rocco lashes out at Dante and Lulu.
Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) surprises someone with a confession, and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) winds up in another argument with Cassius. Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) makes a wrong assumption, possibly accusing Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) of framing Willow. Curtis is known for making wild accusations against Isaiah, so this may be another one.

For the week of June 29-July 3, Brook Lynn faces complications as her frame-up scheme unravels, pushing her into a tough spot. Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte Cassadine (Bluesy Burke) join forces for a disturbing Cullum-related plot.
Cullum becomes a key topic when Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) reaches Z in Geneva. Valentin reveals to the WSB head that Cullum is a double agent working with Sidwell. Valentin worries Z will send him back to Steinmauer, but he’ll eventually return to Port Charles. Valentin’s efforts to take down Cullum and stop his cold fusion prototype from causing disaster work in his favor.
Meanwhile, the pressure mounts on Cassius, but he’s determined to keep his batting cage appointment with James West (Gary James Fuller), risking his freedom to say goodbye to Nathan’s son.
