Days of Our Lives is continuing to sizzle this summer, and spoilers suggest that the next two weeks will be intense and bring even more drama to Salem. From damaged relationships to mental health crises, there will be plenty of drama to keep things exciting. Plus, it appears a kidnapping is imminent. Who will be snatched? Days of Our Lives Has Mystery Brewing
Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for June 22 to July 3 indicate that multiple storylines will heat up with plenty of drama.
During the week of June 22-26, Chad DiMera (Conner Floyd) and Belle Black (Martha Madison) will discover an old Italian banknote hidden inside a chessboard, prompting them to consider its meaning. This will kick off a mystery and a search to find answers.
Paul Narita (Christopher Sean) will shockingly reunite with Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), and Andrew Donovan (Colton Little) will try to prevent Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) from getting too emotionally involved with EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) because of the risks. Cat will argue that getting close to EJ is necessary to obtain the information they need and will defend her approach since she’s already started bonding with him.
Kristen Is In Danger
After EJ criticizes Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) for ordering Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) to eliminate Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman), he may hint that Kristen’s time is running out. Kristen will turn to Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) for protection against EJ, possibly urging him to kill EJ before EJ can harm her.
During the week of June 29 to July 3, EJ may take a bold step against Kristen in response to her near-fatal plot against Johnny. Kristen is expected to be kidnapped at some point, with EJ potentially behind it.
Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) will face her own challenges and will hope Xander can assist. Xander will make some calls to support the investigation into DiMera Pharmaceuticals.
Plus, Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) will be hospitalized after collapsing again, prompting Sarah to promise they’ll uncover the cause. Tests will reveal Coriseal in Holly’s system, suggesting another issue with contaminated medication. Holly will suspect her new antidepressant might be responsible and confides in Tate Black (Leo Howard).
After Liam Selejko (Hank Northrop) returns to answer questions about Sarah and Brady Black’s (Eric Martsolf) drug investigation, he will take time to properly say goodbye to Arianna “Ari” Horton (Vico Escorcia).
DOOL Sees Cast Switchup
Liam will inadvertently reveal something to Ari that leads to her learning that Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) paid him to leave town. Ari will confront Gabi, demanding the truth about whether she caused Liam to leave.
Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) will do something that causes Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) to panic. Alex might worry Joy plans to move out of Salem following the shooting incident involving Stephanie Kiriakis (Abigail Klein).
Stephanie will take control of her life soon, possibly believing Alex would be better off without her. Alternatively, Stephanie might check into a mental health facility if she needs more help managing her struggles.
Kristen and Brady will eventually inform Rachel Black (Lorelei Olivia Mote) that Sophia met a grim fate. Although Rachel viewed Sophia as a friend, Sophia mostly used her as a pawn during their time at Bayview. Rachel will break down in tears upon learning of Sophia’s death, especially worried that her doctors may not be able to help her heal. Brady and Kristen will provide Rachel with much-needed support.
Gabi may admit to paying Liam to leave Salem, but will justify her actions, saying she was protecting Ari from heartbreak and a bad relationship. However, Ari will be furious and refuse to live with Gabi, making it clear their mother-daughter relationship is essentially over.
Additionally, Days will introduce a new actor playing Javi Hernandez after Al Calderon’s departure. Jacob Martinez will take over the role starting June 30.
